Your remote tech department

Strategy, vendor oversight and day-to-day operations, as a partnership, for less than the cost of one in-house hire. Two retainers, from ₦50,000 a month.

A tech lead, not a hire

A senior systems engineer on your team, month to month. We plan your technology, keep your vendors honest and run the day-to-day, so you and your team can get on with the business.

Strategy and execution, under one roof

Standard consulting tells you what to do. An offsite tech handler makes it happen. We merge both into one accountable retainer.

Technical Overseer The advice

Consulting, advisory and management

Standard consulting gives advice and steps away. The Technical Overseer retainer puts a tech lead inside your organisation to protect your digital estate. We take custody of the technical assets everything else rests on: domain security, DNS, SSL, email routing and server uptime.

We audit third-party vendors, cut bloated software subscriptions, weigh up technical services and set a clear technology roadmap.

Governance, risk control and technical direction, without the ₦300,000–₦700,000 a month of an in-house developer.

Technical Partner The advice and the work

Full offsite tech handling

Running digital operations in-house means hiring developers, QA testers and media handlers. The Technical Partner retainer works as your dedicated, fully managed technical team, at a fraction of the cost.

We take over the day-to-day: hands-on code updates, API webhooks (Paystack, CRMs, automation tools), new interface components and regular media updates.

Everything above, plus the hands-on work, without the ₦900,000–₦2m+ a month of an in-house technical team.

Your numbers, every month

A short report you can skim in a minute: how your site did, what we changed and what we recommend next. It reads like a system check, not a marketing deck. Both retainers include it.

01Summary
The month in a paragraph, then the numbers at a glance: uptime, security breaches, speed scores, visitors and pages viewed.
02Health and security
Sign-in attempts, backups, software versions, email and integrations, and every change we made this month.

From a call to a monthly retainer

Four steps, from the first call to your first report.

  1. 1A free 15-minute call

Tell us what you run, who your vendors are and what keeps going wrong. We'll say which retainer fits, if any.

  2. 2We take stock

We list your domains, accounts, vendors, integrations and renewals, and who holds which logins. For a bigger setup, that's a Scope Map, priced on its own.

  3. 3Pick a retainer

Overseer or Partner, on a flat monthly fee. Billing runs through Paystack.

  4. 4We run it, month to month

Your report lands each month, the roadmap is reviewed each quarter, and the engineer is a WhatsApp message away.

How is this different from Managed Infrastructure?

Managed Infrastructure keeps your platform online, fast and secure: hosting, backups, firewall and uptime. Technical Solutions is the people side: strategy, vendor oversight, integrations, your monthly report and day-to-day operations. Most clients pair the two.

Do I need to have built with you, or host with you?

No to both. It's open to any business that needs technical leadership without a full-time hire, wherever the site is hosted. If we built your platform, the handover runs straight into the retainer.

I already have a website. Can you take it on?

Yes. We start by mapping what you have: the stack, the vendors and the risks. For a bigger setup that's a Scope Map, priced on its own. Then we put it under a retainer, move it or rebuild it.

Who handles content updates?

Technical Partner covers them: publishing, banner swaps, media and layout changes. Technical Overseer is advice and oversight only.

Will you look after our domains and accounts?

Yes. We track your domains, DNS, hosting accounts, SSL and third-party vendors, and warn you 60 days before anything expires, so nothing lapses or gets forgotten. They stay in your company's name.

Will my site need a cookie banner?

Not for our analytics. They set no tracking cookies, so there's nothing for visitors to consent to. If you add other tools that do track visitors, such as an ad pixel, those may need one.

Why a retainer rather than paying by the hour?

A flat monthly fee means no hourly meter and no surprise invoices. You know the cost before the month starts, and you can call on us without watching the clock.

Can I stop the retainer?

Yes. Cancellation runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and we hand over everything we hold for you: logins, documentation and the roadmap.
